Esprit Electronics are excited to announce joining the Living Wage Foundation and becoming a real Living Wage employer. As of January 2022, all employees of Esprit Electronics as a minimum will be on the real Living Wage.
The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum. 75% of businesses say the Living Wage has increased motivation and retention rates for employees and 86% say it has improved the reputation of their business.

Esprit Electronics Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at the company receive a minimum hourly wage of £9.90 in the UK or £11.05 in London. Both rates are significantly higher than the government minimum for over 23s, which currently stands at £8.91 per hour.
