New Vacancy: Customer Services and Planning Coordinator required.

Looking for a friendly and outgoing personality to load and process customer orders within our Customer Services and Planning Team. 

This role will need someone with a working knowledge of word and excel, an understanding of manufacturing (don’t worry, we can teach the detail) who is able to professionally communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone and in person. 

Full Time hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30, 08:00-13:30 Friday 

(we can be flexible on hours around a core time – school hours could work for us!). 

Salary: £20K – £23K (pro rata for part-time)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Customer Services : 3 year (preferred)

Part time considered as long as over 5 days. Permanent at our Hamble site.
